The practice
Rezilir Health is a precision and functional medicine clinic in Hollywood, Florida, built around one line: think better, feel better, live better. Dr. Craig Tanio co-founded it after a career that ran through McKinsey, a Medicare Advantage medical group, and the faculty at Johns Hopkins. He is board certified in internal medicine and certified in functional medicine, and he treats the cases conventional medicine tends to give up on.
That means brain health and cognitive decline, ME/CFS and Long COVID, mold and CIRS, Lyme, and autoimmune disease. The clinic runs named protocols like ReCODE and Shoemaker, and the diagnostics go deep: multi-omic panels, IntellxxDNA genomics, NeuroQuant brain MRI, QEEG.
The documentation problem
No specialty asks more of a chart. A single patient can arrive with genomics, brain imaging, cognitive testing, and dozens of labs, all of it feeding a protocol-driven plan. Before Meelio, getting ready for one of these visits meant reading a dense record cold, then holding it in your head through a ninety-minute consultation.
Care at Rezilir is a team effort. A physician, two nurse practitioners, a dietitian, and coaches can all touch one patient. The follow-ups multiply: labs to order, referrals to make, protocols to adjust. When those lived on sticky notes and in memory, things slipped, and the team spent time chasing what had already been decided.
